Join us as we celebrate the Persian New Year and delve into this cuisine steeped in rich history and tradition. In this private cooking demo, our chef Mary Shekari will take you through her heritage recipes of the most popular Persian dishes.

Mirza Ghazemi
Perfect appetizer - with smoked eggplants and a vibrant tomato sauce.
Subzi Polo Ba Mahi
The ultimate Persian meal - Herbed rice pilaf with fish.
Mary's salad
Our chef's favorite salad with cabbage and chicken.

About the Chef

Mary’s fondest childhood memories are of her mom’s cooking, especially the distinctly Persian dishes she made on special occasions.
Mary believes that cuisine is an expression of the culture it comes from and is a great ambassador that brings people closer. She hopes to open her restaurant in the future and inspire her guests with the enticing flavors from Iran.
