A favorite Indian tea-time snack, Pakoras are what everyone craves when it rains. Made with a wide range of vegetables these are dipped in a spicy batter and deep fried to make fabulous fritters. In this class, Chef Babita demonstrated potato, onion and cauliflower pakoras.
Dal Palak
Dal Palak is a very simple yet delicious everyday Indian dish that’s made with lentils and spinach, and is seasoned with fragrant spices. This dish is packed with nutrients!
Mint Raita
Mint raita is the perfect accompaniment to a meal. It’s a simple mint dip made with crushed fresh mint leaves, curd (plain yogurt) and seasoning.
