Mahshi/ Dolma
An absolute favorite across ages — grape leaves stuffed with Egyptian herbed rice.

Mahshi Kromb
A different take on the traditional , it features Delicate and delicious cabbage rolls. It is a variation of Mahshi that has completely new flavors

Musaka (Mousakka)
Our Chef’s family recipe — layers of eggplant with spiced tomato sauce and ground beef. A classic Egyptian dish. The vegetarian version has peppers topped with mozzarella.

Aish Baladi — Egyptian flatbread
Traditional bread made with whole wheat flour

Kunafa
A classic crunchy, buttery dessert made with shredded pastry enclosing a layer of nuts and drizzled with fragrant sugar syrup
