This time it was a sumptuous Desi Thali with a careful paring of North Indian dishes with complementary flavors and varied textures.

*A thali is a fixed menu with a variety of dishes served with some staples like rice and flatbreads.

Dishes at this event were in two combinations

Palak Paneer, Tindora Fry, Dal Tadka, Mint Raita, Steamed Rice, Parantha and Papad
Cottage cheese in spinach, sautéed Little Gourd, Yellow Lentils, Mint-flavored Yogurt, Steamed Rice, Indian Flatbread and Poppadoms

Coriander Chicken, Tindora Fry, Dal Tadka, Mint Raita, Steamed Rice, Parantha and Papad
Chicken slow cooked in a spicy coriander sauce, sautéed Little Gourd, Yellow Lentils, Mint-flavored Yogurt, Steamed Rice, Indian Flatbread and Poppadoms
