Elaborate family meals, warm hospitality, delicious food and beautiful people - this has to be a highlight of the Arab culture! Join BeBe's cooking class and travel to the Arab world with Sahar - where we will learn some favorite recipes that can be easily replicated at home.

Chicken Shawarma Wrap
Shawarma wraps, also known as just shawarma, are a popular dish that is served in a similar style to gyros (thinly sliced/ shaved meat). They feature a traditional flatbread packed with a spicy protein, then topped with chopped veggies and a sauce. Sahar will share her secret recipe to the perfect and juicy chicken shawarma, and the yogurt dip.
Falafel Wrap
Falafels are a hot favorite. But how to achieve the perfect texture, and flavors? Sahar will share the tips and tricks and also help participants make their own falafel wraps.
Hummus
A must for all Arabic meals - this chickpea dip and its variations will be shared in the class.

About the Host
Sahar is known among family and friends for her love of cooking and the special recipes that she learned from her mother and grandma. Her mother dreamt of starting a food business and Sahar shared that dream too. That dream became a reality in 2015, when she started her business ‘Sara’s Kitchen’ while living in Riyadh. Sahar moved to the US in 2019, and launched her food business that serves authentic Egyptian/ Arabic food. Sahar continues her journey of spreading love through her heritage recipes.
